Troubleshooting & Initial Setup

• Why won’t my new ride-on turn on straight out of the box?For transit safety, all vehicles are shipped with the positive (+) red battery terminal disconnected and covered with a plastic protective cap. Before your first drive, remove the plastic cap, firmly connect the red terminal wire to the battery, and charge the vehicle fully.
• Why doesn’t the car turn on while plugged into the charger?Every vehicle includes a built-in safety cutoff feature. The car will not start or drive while the AC charger cable is physically connected to the charging port. Always unplug the charging cable completely before turning the vehicle back on.
• How do I pair the parental remote control to the vehicle?Turn off the vehicle power switch. Insert batteries into the remote, then hold down the Car Select / Code button (or M / P button depending on model) until the LED indicator flashes. Turn the vehicle power back on—the flashing light will stay solid once paired.

Battery Care & Long-Term Maintenance

• How long should I charge the battery for the first time?The initial charge requires 8 to 12 hours to fully condition the battery cell. Avoid undercharging (less than 8 hours) or leaving it plugged in indefinitely beyond 18 hours to protect battery lifespan.
• How should I store the ride-on toy during winter or long periods of non-use?Never store a ride-on vehicle with a fully depleted battery. Charge the battery completely before storing it in a dry, covered area. To prevent cell degradation, charge the battery once every 30 days even when the toy isn’t being driven.
